What is the cost and how am I billed?
Your contracted rate will vary based on the number of days per week you require. Please see the attachment below for a breakdown of rates. All Extended Care is billed through FACTS.
What does a typical day of extended care entail?
Extended care is offered on regular school days from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm for early childhood students, 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm for grade school students, and 12:30 pm 4:30 pm for students in 1st grade on Thursdays.
Each afternoon will consist of free play, lunchtime, rest time, and additional free play, with time set aside for grade school students to complete homework. Parents must pack a healthy lunch.
Extended Care for both groups takes place on the Early Childhood campus and dismissal occurs at the Rose Garden entrance.
Do I get refunds for days missed due to sickness, quarantine, vacation, or weather-related school closures?
While there are no refunds for absences or unplanned campus closures, we do factor “free” days into the contract rates.
