arithmetic including weights and measures; practical studies in house building and
carpentry, farming and gardening

grammar, book and main lesson reports; mathematics including fractions, decimals and
introduction to geometry; geography of North America; botany; Olympic "Pentathlon"
festival

sciences including geology, mineralogy, physics of sound, light, heat and magnetism;
