Parents should enter through the door under the Compass Hall deck and exit through the back door in the Eurythmy room after the children have left. There will be parents on hand to guide you. Once we have closed the doors and we have begun we will not open them again until we finish. If we are not done by your class’s start time, please wait quietly in the hallway until the door opens. Please do not enter through the exterior Eurythmy room door.
Parking is available at the grades parking lot, the early childhood parking lot, the front Fire House parking lot, and at the Taunton Hill lot.
The spiral path is made from pine boughs, crystals and shells. The walking on the path through the spiral represents the child walking through life on earth. The apple represents the nourishment that the earth gives us. The light of the candles suggest that people should be clear and bright of thought and warm of heart. We would like to stay in silence during this celebration. This allows us to be as reverent as possible in the beauty and magic of the setting. Please help us respect this mood and do not use electronic recording devices. Children with long hair should wear their hair pulled back off their faces, and please no flowing garments.
